Lower Manhattan residents in 'shock' after parking garage collapse kills 1, injures 5
One person is dead and multiple are injured after a parking garage collapsed in Lower Manhattan. The Eyewitness News team is live on scene with the latest.that left one worker dead and several others injured.
"I'm in shock. I'm in shock," said Sandy Imhoff who lives next door to the collapsed parking garage. "What can I say?" "They had been doing work, pounding on the floor," Imhoff said. "It was getting a little ridiculous this time. They were really pounding."
