The “Hating Game” star told her Instagram followers in an “alternative Valentine’s Day post” on Tuesday that she has abstained from alcohol since January 2022.captioned a photo“While this journey has mostly been private, I felt compelled tonight to let anyone who is struggling know that you are not alone and you are loved,” she concluded.
Hale’s “Pretty Little Liars” co-stars shared their support, with Shay Mitchell and Sasha Pieterse both commenting with emojis.Troian Bellisario, for her part, penned a lengthy message of congratulations. “This is brave. And cool. And inspirational,” she wrote. “And you deserve all the self love and love from others that goes with it. 👏”
