Lululemon and Peloton are locked in legal tussles. Given the bike maker’s share price has fallen two-thirds this year and there are obvious costs to cut, a union makes more sense, says TheRealLSL.
Peloton Interactive sued Lululemon Athletica on Nov. 24 after the athletic apparel maker threatened its own lawsuit over Peloton's new apparel line. The bike company said Lululemon's claims that some of its bras and leggings infringed on Lululemon’s design patents lacked any merit.
