The Marvels' Character Reveals Debunk A Captain Marvel Marriage Theory During a recent interview with Total Film Magazine promoting The Marvels, director Nia DaCosta and producer Mary Livanos revealed more about Park Seo-joon's MCU debut.
Livanos noted that Park Seo-joon's new MCU character is "a definite ally to Carol Danvers," but went on to mention that he is "someone from her past that is meaningful as a friend to her.
