OGDEN — A man has been arrested after police say he fired four shots at another vehicle, injuring three people.
Police interviewed two of the people who had been shot while they were being treated at McKay-Dee Hospital, the report states, adding one was hit in the stomach and the other in the head. The injured people told officers that someone in an SUV pulled into the area and began firing a gun at them. In that case, McCain has already been charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors, related to possession or distribution of weapons or drugs.
