Clay Township man Raul Santos is charged with child endangerment and simple assault, according to online court dockets. He was arrested Wednesday after additional charges, including aggravated assault, were filed.
Police have charged a man accused of biting a juvenile that tried to intervene in a domestic assault in Lancaster County last weekend.
Officers were called to a home in the first block of Agape Drive, Clay Township on May 21, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said. At the home, officers learned that 42-year-old Raul Santos had been at the home, arguing with someone inside, police said. When a juvenile stepped in to intervene in the argument, Santos bit the juvenile, causing minor injury.Santos ran away from the home before police arrived, and was not found thaqt day. He was arrested Wednesday,
