A 64-year-old man was charged Tuesday with attempted murder after stabbing an acquaintance multiple times on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City, authorities said. Ronald Aponte stabbed the 63-year-old man in the torso at about 10:45 a.m. before tossing the knife into a trash can and running away,Aponte was also charged with aggravated assault and two weapons offenses.
