Malcolm Jakobe Lewis, 20, was charged for fatally shooting the 25-year-old victim on Oct. 16 at Star Motor Company in the 10600 block of Fuqua Street near Beamer Road. Lewis turned himself into police four days later and confessed to being involved in the incident. The victim has not been identified.When they arrived, authorities found a man shot to death outside of the establishment.
Two customers allegedly got into a fight with an employee, who was the son of the business owners.
