The Harrisburg girl recorded the man saying he was going to rape her after he'd been fondling her, police said.

Norberto Omar Perez Vidal’s abuse of the girl started in May 2020 in the city of Harrisburg, an affidavit of probable cause said. The assaults were reported to police in September. A month before that, the 14-year-old started a secret recording on her phone while her family was at Dave and Buster’s with Perez Vidal, according to the affidavit.
