Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia confirmed bailiffs shot the man, but has so far released no other details. She said more information is expected to be released later in the day. Cleveland Housing Court spokesman Chris Ball told cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer he was at the scene, but has not returned additional calls.
