John Morin, 18, was fatally shot in his Fort Worth home during an attempted robbery, police said.

A week has passed since an 18-year-old was fatally shot in his bedroom in Fort Worth with no arrests having been announced in the case.

Officers responded the afternoon of Aug. 28 to the 3600 block of College Avenue and found a gunshot victim dead inside a bedroom, according to police.The victim was identified by the Tarrant County medical examiners’ office as John Paul Morin. He died from multiple gunshot wounds, records say.He was killed when multiple suspects entered his home “in an apparent attempt to rob the location,” police said. After the shooting, the suspects left the scene in a light-colored vehicle.
