Police said one suspect is in custody. All three victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
DENTON, Texas — Denton police are asking the public for any information regarding a deadly shooting in a high school parking lot early Sunday morning. According to the, multiple callers said someone had been shot in the school parking lot. When officers arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds.
Both victims were to taken to a hospital. Police said a 30-year-old man has since died. The second victim, a 26-year-old man is said to have life-threatening injuries, police said. According to the Denton police statement, the deceased victim's name will not be released until he has been identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office.
