A 37-year-old man was killed in the shooting in the Sherbondy Hill neighborhood.
AKRON, Ohio — An argument over possession of a motorcycle led to a 37-year-old man being shot and killed in the Sherbondy Hill neighborhood, police say.
Officers were called to the intersection of Russeel Avenue and Boulevard Street at about 7:22 a.m. Friday. Police say the 21-year-old man told police on the phone that he had shot another man who tried to take his motorcycle. Police say there was a fight over “stolen property” between the two men when the shooting occurred. No other details were released.
