Officers responded to 350 W. International Airport Road near C Street, where the man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The Anchorage Police Department said it’s investigating the death of a man found with gunshot wounds in Midtown on Saturday morning as a homicide.Officers responded shortly after 8:30 a.m. to 350 W. International Airport Road, the site of a shopping center near C Street, following a report of a man with gunshot wounds, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A crime scene team arrived shortly afterward to process the scene, police said, and all roads in the area remained open. No arrests have been made. Police asked that anyone with information about the incident call dispatch at 311, option 1.
