San Antonio police are investigating after a man was stabbed during an altercation on the city’s Southeast Side early Thursday morning.
The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. in the 1800 block of Goliad Road, not far from Clark Avenue and Hot Wells Boulevard.
According to police, a man in his 40s had gotten into a fight with another man in a gray hoodie near a dollar store and was stabbed. Police said the victim walked up the street to a nearby car wash where a man was cleaning his car and asked him to call for help. The injured man was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, where he’s expected to recover.Police did not say exactly what the altercation was about.
