The crash took place around 9 p.m. Saturday.
Harrisburg Police have tentatively identified the striking vehicle as a dark in color 2005-2006 BMW X5 SUV.An adult man died in a hit-and-run crash in Harrisburg on Saturday evening.
After canvassing the area for video police said they were able to locate some images of the striking vehicle, which fled the scene after the crash. The striking vehicle was last known to be traveling east on Derry Street after the collision, police said.
