A man died after being shot in Pleasant Grove late Tuesday, Dallas police said.

The shooting happened shortly after 10 p.m. in the 10600 block of Casnett Drive, off South Masters Drive. The victim, who police did not immediately identify, was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, Dallas police said. The suspect, who police did not describe, left in a vehicle. Police did not provide a description of the vehicle.
