A man in Kansas accused of murdering his wife, former University of Kansas soccer player Regan Gibbs-Marek, said he killed her because God told him to do so, according to police.
Chad Marek, 26, confessed to murdering his wife and"told us that God told him to do it,” Lawrence Police Chief Rich Lockhart said.
