Miami-Dade PD tell us they received a call around 3 PM. When they arrived, EMTs were already on the scene"rendering aid to an adult male who was shot in his upper extremities." Cops say the victim told them he was"involved in an argument that escalated when the subject produced a firearm and shot him."
