A man was stabbed on the grounds of the Washington Monument on Saturday evening, authorities said.
United States Parks Police responded to the scene on Constitution Avenue shortly after 5 p.m., police told The Post in a statement.
The two men knew each other, according to police.One of the men was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.Police took the suspect into custody, and said there is no ongoing risk to the public.
