It earned its reputation as one of the nation’s top arts schools, a place that routinely received an “A” grade for academics while excelling in a wide range of the arts, tackling material with the kind of complexity and weight not usually seen at the high school level. The parents of these students literally signed off on this. And then some other adults decided they knew better.
She not only gave her approval to making changes for the DA production, she offered to help facilitate that and more, tweeting a message to the principal and district leaders.
