Mary Trump, the niece of former President Donald Trump, called on her uncle's Christian supporters to rethink their allegiance following comments he made after receiving a guilty verdict in his Manhattan criminal trial.On May 30, Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records.

'The former president's Manhattan criminal trial related to allegations that he arranged a hush-money payment to the former adult film star Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign. The presumptive 2024 Republican nominee for president has continued to deny any wrongdoing in the case and has said he plans to appeal the guilty verdict.
