A Maryland-based investor, Realterm, has purchased two Fort Worth industrial buildings.
Realterm bought a warehouse with almost 220,000 square feet in the AllianceTexas district at 15501 N. Beach Street. The fully leased industrial building is on almost 64 acres near Interstate 35W and U.S. Highway 170. It also bought another almost 220,000-square-foot warehouse at 10001 South Freeway in South Fort Worth.“The two facilities are excellent additions to our portfolio in submarkets with low vacancy rate and proximity to major transportation thoroughfares,” Realterm’s Joe Noon said in a statement. The just-completed purchases are the latest in a series of big warehouse transactions in Fort Worth.
