Luka Doncic says his left thigh injury is 'better,' but he and Mavericks are awaiting a clear diagnosis as training camp gets underway in Dallas.
Wednesday morning marked the Mavericks’ first practice of training camp, and coach Jason Kidd said Doncic will go through both sets of two-a-days.

Not surprisingly, it didn’t take long for Doncic to be asked about the left thigh injury that caused him to miss five Mavericks games last March, and that again plagued Doncic during“It’s better, but we still have some appointments,” he said. “So when we get the clear — what is it? — we’ll let you guys know.”Translation: Doncic doesn’t have an updated, clear diagnosis of an injury that the Mavericks last March were calling a thigh strain.
