DEVELOPING: Mesa Police say a man wanted in connection with a murder that happened in March is currently in a barricade situation at a home in the Globe area.
Officials with the Mesa Police Department are providing more details on a barricade situation that is taking place at a home in the Globe area.
After reaching out to Mesa Police, officials with that agency said a murder suspect is barricaded in a home in the Globe area, following a suspect search by members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force. The suspect, who was not identified, reportedly fired on officers, whom returned fire.Suspect reportedly wanted for March homicide
The murder reportedly happened in the area of Alma School Road and University Drive, and police have also arrested 36-year-old Zane Robert Proctor on May 5 in connection with the murder.
