On Thursday, San Antonio’s Metropolitan Health District said it would be terminating the city’s local emergency declaration following the federal government’s decision to end the nationwide COVID-19 emergency.for new reported cases and deaths, it will discontinue its reporting of vaccination coverage levels, positivity rates, lab testing data and hospital trends, according to a city spokesperson., which indicates the risk-level of the pandemic in San Antonio at a given time.
Bexar County had 587 new COVID-19 cases and no new death, as of last week. The dashboard is updated every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
