MINI Launches Two Door Cooper S Resolute Edition, Starts At $35,900 | Carscoops carscoops
MINI is declaring its dedication to its roots with the Resolute Mode, a new trim inspired by the brand’s past that will start at $35,900 in the U.S.and costs $1,000 more than the standard model. That means that it’s powered by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that churns out 189 hp and 206 lb-ft of torque. With the standard six-speed manual transmission, it gets to 60 mph in just 6.5 seconds, while when equipped with the optional seven-speed Steptronic double-clutch transmission it takes 6.
Performance is an important aspect of this car’s spirit so its exterior is finished in Rebel Green, which is inspired by British Racing Green. The color was previously exclusive toand here is contrasted by a Pepper White roof and mirror caps.
