By advancing into Saturday’s divisional-round duel with the Eagles, the Giants have summoned some comparisons to the 2007 team, which went on an improbable Super Bowl run.
Mike Murphy, longtime Giants security man, was wearing a jacket and tie outside the visitors’ locker room, which was an event all its own.
