Jeremy Garnier said he was trying to raise awareness about opiate addiction with video in which he told viewers to 'kill a few people.'
A Missouri man has been arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats while wearing full Joker costume and makeup during a Facebook Live video.
Garnier then drives to a nearby music venue, Blueberry Hill, and speaks directly to those watching his livestream."The reason I have your attention is to end the epidemic of opiate addiction and heroin overdoses which are plaguing our society. It's the leading killer of people under 50 years of age," he says.
"I'm not armed and I weigh 150 pounds, I don't have no weapons on me...except all these bombs," he adds as an apparent joke.
