Developer Jim Duggan and partners have acquired the prime building site and are planning a retail, office and housing development called Spring Creek Plaza. The high-rise development will be built just south of Plano’s Legacy business park. “We have six acres under contract for a group that’s going to do higher-end luxury independent senior living.Duggan Realty Advisors is working with veteran North Texas specialty retail developers Robert Bagwell and David Levine of Urban Partners Inc. on the retail portion of Spring Creek Plaza.“We are going to have about 120,000 square feet of restaurants and entertainment and 140,000 square feet of mixed specialty retail,” Duggan said.

Nelson Partners of Austin designed the project. The property has existing zoning, and Plano’s planning commission just approved site plans.

Melber also shows how across many decades, a bipartisan crackdown on Black art and dissent has run alongside the drug war and other repression, and shows how that continued into the “news now.” The report also covers a pending case against Young Thug and Gunna, which cites their music and poetry as criminal evidence, a striking double standard. The report also features new reaction to an MSNBC report by Jay-Z.
