An investigation into a man arrested at a Spring H-E-B for following young children around the store, touching and exposing himself prompted a shocking discovery on his cell phone, authorities say.

That arrest led to an investigation and the confiscation of William's phone. On his phone, images of children being sexually assaulted were allegedly discovered. But there was more, authorities say. Also reportedly on the phone were videos of William's wife, a registered nurse named Joely Keen, allegedly engaging in sexual acts with their dog.
