Johnathon Steckley, one of the victims listed in the indictment, claims in a complaint filed Tuesday in U.S. Middle District Court that he was beaten and sexually assaulted by officers.
Allegations against the three include choking, kicking, assaulting and pushing an individual down a flight of stairs. They have pleaded not guilty and are awaiting trial. He was engaged on Oct. 15, 2021, in a verbal dispute with a neighbor over a power tool he owned when police were called and Donkochik responded.
He then put his hand down Steckley’s pants, grabbed his genitals and told him he should tell everyone on the streets that Donkochik took his manhood. Schauer started to leave the room, returned and kicked Dillow’s legs from under him causing him to fall to the floor because he still was handcuffed.
