Philadelphia police said they made 15 to 20 arrests after large crowds of young people looted stores in Center City.
Police said more than 100 people were involved in the looting on Tuesday night. Witnesses said people in the crowds, wearing masks, were breaking into stores and stealing whatever they could. Stores such as Lululemon, Footlocker and the Apple Store near 15th and Chestnut streets were looted."It's not going to be tolerated.

We made arrests and we will continue to make arrests until we have all of the individuals or a number of the individuals that have been responsible for what we've seen tonight in custody," said Philadelphia Interim Police Commissioner John Stanford.
