“These sentencings bring to a close this terrible and tragic crime,” said Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Urbina and Straw worked together to get him and his belongings out of the hotel, delete cellphone content and told the sibling not to speak about what had transpired, the office said. Detectives also found out that this was not the first time Urbina had physically abused the boy.
