Police said it appears the motorcyclist struck the rear end of a truck.
Schertz police are searching for a suspect after a teenager was found laying in the middle of the street on the I-35 access road on Oct. 13, 2021.The man, who was 53 years old, was found dead when Schertz police arrived just after 2 a.m. at Interstate 35 North and FM 3009 in response to reports of a disabled motorcycle.His body was about 75 yards from the motorcycle, which was on its side next to a truck.
The motorcycle struck the rear end of the truck, investigators said, noting that speed was a contributing factor.
