Santa Clara County, Alameda County, Contra Costa County and Solano County were no more than a few pennies away from the forbidding $5 benchmark, AAA reported.GO! GAS and Food gasoline station at 720 High St. in Oakland, one of the cheapest places to find gasoline in the East Bay city.
