'At this point our crimes are our names, ethnicities and religion,' the New Jersey mayor said.

CAIR advocates on Tuesday said Khairullah’s name on the list is a potential reason for his invitation being revoked. But Khairullah has no way of knowing why he is on the list or disputing it, he said.

The Secret Service confirmed that Khairullah was not allowed to to enter the White House for the event. “Unfortunately we are not able to comment further on the specific protective means and methods used to conduct our security operations at the White House,” Guglielmi said.”I don’t know about that,” Murphy told reporters after an unrelated event in Paramus. “We’re trying to figure out exactly what happened as we speak.”
