N.J. home prices expected to keep rising in latest real estate forecast

Nationwide, home values are expected to increase by 1.3%, Zillow data showed. See the forecast for 547 ZIP codes in New Jersey.

Nearly all of the 547 New Jersey ZIP codes Zillow analyzed showed an expected increase in home prices through November. Just 14 of those ZIP codes have projected declines with just one town showing a drop of more than 1%.
