The fire took place Saturday evening in Trenton.

A multi-alarm fire that destroyed two attached homes in Trenton, New Jersey, resulted in 20-year-old twins being killed Saturday evening., the brothers were trapped on the third floor. During the fire, two other residents were able to evacuate the building at 834 Carteret Ave.The identities of the brothers were not disclosed.

reported assisting nine people from four families who were removed from the fire with temporary lodging in addition to food and clothing.. One firefighter sustained burns and the other three were hurt when the structure collapsed. Trenton Fire Director Kenneth M. Douglas said all four fighters were in stable condition “at time of transport.”
