Information was emerging Monday about the victims of a mass shooting in Monterey Park, California, that left 10 people dead and 10 others wounded over the weekend.

"She spent so many years going to the dance studio in Monterey Park on weekends. It’s what she loved to do. But unfairly, Saturday was her last dance," the statement said. Kapitanchuk said Nhan had been one of his students since he began teaching classes after he immigrated from Ukraine in 2009.
