Animal Care Services officers working on the third shift work the city, often supporting the police when animals are involved in situations.gives residents a place to get basic information about city services or report everyday concerns like a stray dog in the neighborhood or a garbage issue.
Non-emergency requests include stray animals, potholes, downed street signs, trash and bulk/brush curbside collection, traffic signal malfunctions, and information about city programs.Customer Service representatives are ready to help in English and Spanish. Other languages are also available.Residents can also submit requests by using the 311 Mobile App — free at the App Store.
