An Alabama Game Warden has repeatedly stopped medical workers and others from reaching an elderly woman and her ailing husband.
DOTHAN, Ala. - A law enforcement officer repeatedly stopped medical workers and others from reaching an older woman and her ailing husband. That woman and her neighbor claim game warden Stacy Lush closed gates that kept them out.On Friendship Lane in Taylor sits a strip of land. Land at the center of a not-so-friendly feud. The issue is over a pigtail that leads to the couple’s home. The trail goes through Alabama officer Stacy Lush’s property.“Kidnapped and can’t get out.
The problem is that those who live in this neighborhood claim Lush often shuts those gates, denying Williams and others access. For Williams, who is in her 70s, that is a big problem. “This needs to stop,” Scotty Jordan, who also lives in this neighborhood, said. Jordan, like other neighbors, is unhappy. That legal document, he claims, shows Lush, who enforces the law, is not following the law.“Both of them have bad medical issues and if it was my parents or your parents, I would want somebody to look after them,” Jordan said.
