Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer are developing a new sci-fi drama titled The Boroughs for Netflix.
The new series will see Jeffrey Addiss and Will Matthews act as showrunners on the project, with the idea for the series coming from the pair as well. The eight-episode series will be produced by Addiss, Matthews, and the Duffers via their Upside Down Pictures banner.
