on the facility in November 2021. The 39,000-square-foot building has 57 residential rooms and has a capacity of 64 residents. The home provides care for seniors including independent living, assisted living, end-of-life care, respite, and rehabilitation. The new facility offers four different floor plans.3 senior living communities, an outpatient center and other medical projects planned for central Pa.Silver Spring Personal Care Home is owned by Neidlinger Enterprises – which is made up of Robert, Kim, Mike, and Heather Neidlinger.
“Every detail of the lifestyle we want to create at Silver Spring Personal Care Home is the culmination of taking the best features I found when touring over eight senior care facilities,” Rob Neidlinger, owner of Silver Spring Personal Care Home, said in a news release.Silver Spring Personal Care Home is currently accepting applications for new residents and is also hiring as well.A grand opening ceremony was held on Jan. 25.
