“We have input from members of our U of S community that enhancing menstrual equity is important to them,” said Tasnim Jaisee, the equity, diversity, inclusion project specialist. The survey also indicated that 82 per cent of respondents find period products expensive and 95 per cent of women ages 18 to 24 support free access to these products in public washrooms.
