Favre was paid $1.1 million for motivational speeches that he never gave, according to a report.

The money that was reportedly paid to Favre in 2017 and 2018 came from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families welfare fund, and was part of athat was paid to Favre, a professional wrestler, a horse farm and a volleyball complex.
