Authorities are reportedly investigating Dwumfour’s death as a homicide. No arrests have been made as of early Thursday.in November 2021. She was not up for reelection until 2024. Dwumfour was a Certified Business Analyst and Scrum Professional for Fire Congress Fellowship inc. and a part-time EMT. She also served as a Director of Churches for the Nigerian-based Champions Royal Assembly,This was the scene overnight in the Sayreville development known as La Mer, where a 30-year-old Councilwoman was murdered.
Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour's white SUV crashed after the gunshots rang out. It appears she was targeted though the killer's motive is still not clear.
