No students were injured after a Houston Independent School District bus was in a vehicle crash early Wednesday in southeast Houston while taking students to class, according to district officials.

Five students were on board the bus when it crashed into another vehicle near the intersection of Reed and Jutland roads, district officials said. Some initial TV reports said students were injured, but the district said no one had been reported injured. Another bus arrived and took the students to class, officials said. District and city police were investigating the crash.
