Noblesville is peaking at the right time and playing like nothing is going to stop them.

Noblesville did what Noblesville has done so frequently this season: Excel in every aspect for the bulk of 32 minutes.

"We got a couple of live ball turnovers that led to some easy opportunities, and we lit it up from 3," Noblesville coach Donna Buckley said. "We limited Carrothers from getting a lot of easy opportunities. We just got going. When we hit a couple, we can blow it up pretty fast." You won’t find a tougher road to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. In the last 19 days, Noblesville has taken down six of the top 12 teams in the Sagarin ratings: Zionsville , Carmel , Fishers , Homestead , Fort Wayne Snider and now Crown Point . And the toughest test may await. No. 2 Franklin will meet Noblesville, Sagarin's top team, for an all-Central Indiana title bout.

Saturday’s game in the Berry Bowl represented two talented teams with contrasting rosters. Crown Point has five seniors on its roster. They’ll leave the program having amassed a 103-7 record with four sectional titles, three regional titles and a state championship.
