On Oct. 10, Keli Borish, 34, of Saginaw was booked into the Tarrant County jail, records show. She is facing one count of improper relationship between educator and student, and an indecency with a child charge. Her bail was set at $20,000 and she was released on bond, according to online records.The date of the offense was listed as April 1, 2017, and Fort Worth police confirmed that the arreste was made in connection with an investigation stemming from June that same year.
“While we do not have any additional information at this time, we will continue cooperating with the authorities in any way that we can. The distinctions between appropriate and inappropriate conduct are clearly established for all Keller ISD employees, and we will continue to hold all of our employees to the high standards we all expect from an educational institution,” district officials said in a statement to NBC5.
